先请我们来看一看这个价值3200万人民币的网站, http://www.chinese.cn/ 一个门户加一个bbs,不知道它的价值体现在哪里? 我们再看看中国财政部的中标公告,http://www.mof.gov.cn/mof/xinxi/zhongyangbiaoxun/zhongbiaogonggao/200912/t20091215_246271.html.
这里不禁有一个疑问?为什么现在的技术产业的附加值会这么高?一个绿坝四千多万,结果证明不咋滴,现在一个普通网站功能3200万.对于这样的招标方式政府有没有进行严格把关?还是……..
希望以后不要再看到这种纳税人的钱被花得不明不白的事情发生.
